Fantastic idea. Good service. I find placing an order with Careem, using the app, is very user friendly. Pricing is fair and affordable. The delivery drivers who I have dealt with have all been polite and professional. Delivery usually takes between 30 minutes to an hour.

I think they need to work on the efficiency of the delivery. They cannot promise that it will be fulfilled in 15-25 mins when it comes after 40 mins.

Honestly the Careem now app is really versatile having quite a few options of shop and drop, pick and drop, order and drop. Very easy and user friendly app. Only drawback is the restaurant options are very limited. Also the delivery fees is slightly higher then the other food delivery apps Service no doubt is 5 Star, the food arrived earlier then time mentioned on the app. The food was brought in fresh and hot without any delay.

I made two orders One was expected to come in 50 mins and got cancel at last minute because the store was closed, even though the App said that it was open from midday and i waited until 12pm to place my order. The second order was suppose to take 40 mins and it took 2 hours for me to receive it. Which it was fine because i was not on hurry, but im guessing that other clients wont be as patient as i was.

The app is very easy to use, the food was easy to find in it and when I missed to request the ffod non spicy, I used the help area and call customer service, within a few minutes they picked up and sorted out my issue with the restaurant. Overall I'm very satisfied with the app, the service and the taste.
